Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy of Soul Treatments Wellness Ltd.
We are excited to be working with you! To avoid any misunderstanding, please note our cancellation and reimbursement policy as it pertains to the service you are requesting. Training: If for some reason you are unable to attend the training you have registered for, the following cancellation and reimbursement policies apply. * Your deposit (approximately 25%) is non-refundable. * If a registrant provides more than one month notice that they will not be able to attend the class they have registered for, a full refund of any monies over and above the deposit will be refunded. * If a registrant provides less than one month notice that they will not be able to attend the class they have registered for, all payments made toward the training will be applied to a future class (one time only) or the registrant may find someone to take their place in the class. * If a registrant fails to show for the scheduled class they were registered for, no refund will be offered. If a registrant fails to show due to extreme circumstances (such as that of illness, family death, accidents, etc.), reimbursement of monies over and above the deposit will be at the sole discretion of the owner of Soul Treatments Wellness Ltd. * If a class does not run due to an insufficient number of participants, a full refund will be given or the registrant may request that their payments be applied toward a future class. Treatment Appointments: * Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice that you will be unable to attend your appointment time will result in full payment being charged. * Providing notice more than 24 hours, no fee will be charged.
